Water Fasting



Water fasting is another way to lose weight and you only have to drink water because by doing water fasting, you are not eating anything and whenever you feel to eat anything then you drink water. But the caution for the water fasting is that you only have to do it for a day or two but not on a regular basis because it is really unhealthy way to do a diet. The water fasting helps you to purify your body and by drinking lots of water the oxidants come out from your body through sweat and waste products. You can say that water fasting is the type of detoxification that helps to clean and clear your body.

The water fasting hydrates your body and by drinking lots of water, you become healthy. If you try to lose weight by water fasting then you has to eat less and drink more water everyday because water helps to remove the impurities from your body that can further convert into fats for your body. In this way the water fasting is very helpful in losing weight.

The water fasting is essential for those who are over weight once in a month because water helps to detoxify the impurities and flush out bacteria’s that can be harmful for your body.



Lemonade Water Diet



The lemonade water diet is another way to lose weight easily because the blend of lemon and mixture both are good for human body and both are the detoxifying agents that is why the lemonade diet is very helpful in losing weight. It is very easy to make lemonade water recipe. All you have to do is take two tablespoons of lemon juice, add some maple syrup, one by ten teaspoon of cayenne pepper in water and mix the all ingredients together.

The mixture you can drink every day and at any time of day between eight to ten glasses on daily basis. Make sure you do not proceed your diet more than ten days because lemon is little harsh and excess of lemon juice is not good for your health so you have to take a break for about one month in doing the lemonade water diet again.

The fresh water with lemon is also healthy for you especially if you drink it in the morning before eating anything. This will help you to detoxify your body and your fats get burn through the acidic and alkaline properties of lemon.
The lemonade water diet is also beneficial for your skin as it provides you freshness and energy that can keep you active for long time.



Juice fasting


Juice fasting is the best way to lose weight at instant speed. By doing juice fasting, you can lose weight within days and even you can lose five to six pounds in a few days. That is why the juice fasting is considered as the fastest way to lose weight.

Lose weight is a long procedure and it requires many efforts but the juice fasting makes it bit simple in a way that only we have to sacrifice for the daily foods we in take and without doing exercise or any other workout, we can lose kilos by following juice diet.

The juices of fruits like apple, orange, pomegranate and grape fruits are very effective and if these juices are mixed with some vegetables juice like salary, cabbage and broccoli can provide the most effective blends of vitamins and minerals that can help you to lose weight easily. The fresh juice also helps you to detoxify your body and releases the impurities from your body in the form of waste products and sweating.

But a caution to do this diet is that you can suffer from loose motions that is why you should not do it constantly for months and you only have to do it for weeks or two then give a gap of two months and if you feel to lose more weight then you can do it again.

Juice No More!!

OK, I only write on certain days because I am so busy working or reading my books. I have offically stop doing the juicing and started eating healthy. Yeah I know I'm weak to food... although I lost a lot of weight juicing but once I started eating some of the weight came back due to my stomach and colon being empty. Now since a couple of days passed by my weight is going back down and amazingly my blood sugar is still in the low numbers.

This morning for breaksfast I ate Turkey Sausage and one egg and juiced me some fresh orange and pineapple juice. That was a small meal in fact all my meals have been small. I went and researched the bybass info, and I noticed that most of the people just took in some many onces per meal each day. So I figured that I could also do the same and that what I've been doing. Later on today I plan on going into the garage and pulling out the tredmill and using it for 30 minutes a day. Yolanda and I went walking the other day and let me just say my legs and shoulders were hurting so bad, that my body felt like it wasn't going be able to move.

And on top of all my soreness, our dogs just was plain ol lazy, my male dog Naj found a shade spot while we were walking and just collapse on the pavement. We were like what's going on little boogie you tired? as if he was going to answer us. We were filled with amusement and laughter at the the thought of the dog being tired and was ready to stop walking. Well I guess it's our fault because we never even walked them before, that much.

Well ok this is enough readers my fingers have had there exercise for today.
