Juice fasting is the best way to lose weight at instant speed. By doing juice fasting, you can lose weight within days and even you can lose five to six pounds in a few days. That is why the juice fasting is considered as the fastest way to lose weight.

Lose weight is a long procedure and it requires many efforts but the juice fasting makes it bit simple in a way that only we have to sacrifice for the daily foods we in take and without doing exercise or any other workout, we can lose kilos by following juice diet.

The juices of fruits like apple, orange, pomegranate and grape fruits are very effective and if these juices are mixed with some vegetables juice like salary, cabbage and broccoli can provide the most effective blends of vitamins and minerals that can help you to lose weight easily. The fresh juice also helps you to detoxify your body and releases the impurities from your body in the form of waste products and sweating.

But a caution to do this diet is that you can suffer from loose motions that is why you should not do it constantly for months and you only have to do it for weeks or two then give a gap of two months and if you feel to lose more weight then you can do it again.
